The application site is to the east of the village of South Littleton and will extend to 2.45ha though the developable area (where the affordable homes would be located) is approximately 0.95ha.

The site is proposed to meet the housing land supply shortfall of Wychavon District Council and will provide a range of affordable housing.

 

Existing residential development is located to the north of the site and open countryside to the south.
